Aloha,

The kalo huli (taro top) from harvested taro provide for the planting of a new taro crop. This dependency on the past generation for Hawaii’s staff of life is often used to illustrate the basic foundation of Hawaiian family values and sustainable practices generation after generation. The policies and programs I support reflect this sustainable philosophy by offering each person --

  • • health, safety and dignity
    • educational opportunities
    • diverse economic opportunities
    • the preservation and protection of our natural and cultural resources

  • -- All integrated in an effort to build and perpetuate a thriving families and communities.
  • I want to thank you for the honor of serving as your State Representative for the past six years and would like to have the privilege to continue to represent you in the Hawaii State House of Representatives. I humbly ask for your support and vote.

Mahalo,

Mina Morita
